INDUSTRIAL COLD STORAGE PANELS
Panels with various dimensions needed for cool stores, are produced and served by UYSAL COOLİNG with COOLPAN label in international standarts.COOLPAN wall , ceiling and floor panels can be produced in 60, 80, 100, 150, 180, 200 mm thick, 115 mm wide and up to 12 meters depending on demands.
WALL AND CEİLİNG PANELS
0,50 mm thick located in voth two sheets of surfaces of wall and ceiling panels can be produced as Cr-Ni, PVC, Galvanize and polyester depending on demands and usage.38-42 kg/m3 of density polyurethane is enjected between both two surfaces.
FLOOR PANELS
İnside surface of floor panels is 9 mm thick , pasted over polywood with special technique and 0,50 mm thick stainless steel, sliding prevented or PVC laminated 0,60 mm thick sheet or original palm tree surface layers , non-sliding, non-moisturuzing, hygienic and practical, easy to maintain, dark brown upperside, plywood outer surface covered with hexagonal texture 240gr/m3 of density phenolic rosin laminate is 0,50 mm thick hot plunged galvanize sheet.Floor panels has 3000 kg/m3 load support capacity.
LOCK SYSTEM
Panels are connected with a special desinged lock system.Lock system makes panels mounted / dismounted without losing their structure.On this occation , panels structure is strengthened and panels can be added or extracted whenever needed..
